Thai Peanut Sauce Noodles

Thai Peanut Sauce Noodles is one of my favorite that combines creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, tons of veggies, all mixed with linguine noodles tossed in this simple amazingly sweet and savory sauce.




Here's What You Need:

  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 2 teaspoon ginger

  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce

  • 8 oz linguine noodles

  • 1 cup red & green peppers

  • 1/2 sliced mushrooms

  • sesame seeds for garnish

  • green onions for garnish

  • chopped unsalted peanuts for garnish, optional


Let's Cook It:


  • Cook the noodles in a large pot according to package directions

  • While the noodles are cooking, in a medium sauce pan whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, ½ cup vegetable broth, minced garlic, ginger, and sriracha chili sauce

  • Cook over medium heat until smooth.

  • Add peppers and mushrooms, cook until tender

  • Remove from the heat and set aside

  • Drain the noodles and toss in the peanut sesame sauce

  • Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and chopped peanuts

  • Serve immediately & Enjoy!
